Complaints and feedback should be related to Setia Alam and something that can be acted upon by MBSA. If you’re not sure, you can always just submit and try your luck! :)

Forms can be submitted to MBSA Corporate office (address on the form) or you can just drop it off at the MPP Zon 21 office located in Dewan Seraya, Impian 4. Dewan Seraya is over here:

You could also pass it to any of the MPP Zon 21 AJK (committee members).
